Which Final Fantasy had your favourite Battle/Item/Equipment System?
Im not to familiar with anything before VII (I will be soon when I start playing every Final Fantasy over the summer)
So which FF had it?

FFI-VI- ???
FFVII- Turned-based/Materia/Traditional Leveling system?
FFVIII- Turned based Junction System?
FFIX-???
FFX- Sphere Grid/ATB
FFXI-???
FFXII- Real time MMORPG battle system/Liscencing board?
For me personally the best system was in FFX- It was fast paced(for a turned base RPG), Sphere grid was unique and unlike anything I have ever seen before and I loved how you could change Party members and equipment in battle. To me it has the best gameplay I have ever seen in a Final Fantasy and maybe even in an RPG
