Predictions and requests for GTA 5 Location,Exclusivity,Features,Sales ?

I would love to see a mini-state kinda thing that they did in San Andreas. It would be cool if it was a somewhat fake state that has three or four main cities based on Liberty, Vice, *Insert two more* cities with countryside in between.

GOD that would be sweet.
