Fallout 3 and Oblivion. I'm telling you Bethesda makes some of the best RPG's!
Also theres Folklore (IGN gave it a 9), Valkyrie Chronicles (never played full game but demo was fun), Final Fantasy 13 is coming. And more.
But yeah PS3 is more a shooter/racing/action games console then an RPG console.
