Congrats.
I'd start with Valkyria Chronicles, move to Eternal Sonata, then mess about with Disgaea 3. By then you could either grab an uber-cheap Folklore, or pick up one of the other rpgs getting released as the year progresses.
There is enough to get by with, but there is hardly a long list. It's probably the PS3 library's weakest area, which is slightly amusing given you'd kinda expect the opposite to be the case.
Much like many things PS3, I reckon with a little time, Sony will sort it out; they've done pretty well at sorting everything else.
