I'm in one of the NSR chains at the start of a sector. If I could get into any sector then I could access them using those tunnels, but the only way from where I am is a) through the recharge rooms in each sector, all of which have grey hatches, or b) through the Reactor Core -> TRO tunnel, which is blocked by a hatch in the middle of the Main Deck.
