What's the monitor resolution, and what games do you plan to run? If the answers are anything other than "1920x1200 or above" and "Crysis" then it's overpowered.
Also, if you really wanted "Extreme", wouldn't it have been cheaper AND faster to get two GTX295s in quad-SLI?
