I don't think the trailer rules out the possibility of the game being on ps3, and it definitely has a 'multi-platform' feeling to it. However, I can't see bioware developing the game for ps3, so it will probably be outsourced to a different studio if it does come on ps3.
Personally I hate trailers like this. I'm looking forward to mass effect 2 no doubt but a trailer like this only makes me think "come back when you've got something REAL to show me".
