A sci-fi third person mmorpg.
You would buy the game but the sub fee wouldn't exist, everything would be paid for by in-game advertisements. The city would be alot like corriscant? (the city planet in star wars) and big companies like Coka Cola would pay for add blimps that would float around in-game.
Expansion packs wouldn't cost money unless it's a huge expansion pack (like a whole new planet)
Jobs in the game would feature stuff like:
Arena fighter
Bounty hunter
Mercenarie
Police
Army
Flower seller
Fighter pilot
PMC executive
Most of the land and property in the game would be purchasable, so the largest guilds in the game would own large areas of the city, which ofc would lead to gang wars : D hurray!!!
