Ok, I'm not reading all of these pages but selective memory seems to be running rampant.
Sony was the undisputed champion of gaming for over 10 years and was expected to continue their run this gen. They are currently in 3rd place with that not changing anytime soon.
While the PS3 is not a failure per say and definitely not a flop, there is no way that anyone can reasonably say it has performed anywhere near the expectations placed upon it when it was announced and leading up to its initial release window.
That being said, the journalist wasn't being biased in his questions. They have a negative tone, but they are not biased.
