No, he is just an awfully designed character. His jaw doens't look completely attached to his skull.

And it looks very unatural. That scene would kill any immersion that I had.

Lol, i seriously doubt that. Likely, by whatever point in the game this scene happens at, if you actually become immersed in the game with its wacky dialogue and zany character models, it'd take nothing short os goatse popping up on your screen to break your immersion.
