The reason the 360 isn't performing well in Japan is because the Wii and DS have stolen the show from anyone else.
There are currently no Square-Enix exclusives in the works for 360. The only titles that ARE in the works are multiplatform (The Last Remnant; FFXI).
The 360 has all but lost all non-NA territories. I don't see why people think it's doing so well.
"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
