Yeah, pretty interesting thread. Hey, did anybody ever notice how the NES library is literally PACKED with games that nobody ever played, that were cheap cash-in attempts from PC developers who folded like a house of cards shortly afterwards? And how the games on the NES that were blockbusters were entirely unlike anything ever seen on PC at the time, or were so differently done than anything like them on PC as to be a truly new experience? Yeah...
I'm just sayin', everybody waiting for the Wii to turn into the mini-360 with motion controls? You're the same as those people who were waiting for a killer PCRPG or flight simulator to show up on the NES but with NES-style controls... The future is now. The games that are selling like hotcakes on Wii are the future. Like it or leave it, a market that survives shapes itself to cater to the strongest portion of the market.
