No, useage only tells you which demographics are being effectively catered to on a console not necessarily which demographics are ready, willing and able to buy videogames for a system. If I own a Wii and am not playing it as much as similar gamers are playing their PS3 or XBox 360 does that mean that I don't exist, don't want to buy games for my Wii, or companies have not effectively catered to my desires for games on that system?
