The latter two should hit this year.  The former, however, is somewhat unlikely, imo.

Why?

 

God of War to GoW 2 was two years, and that was on the same console. A lot of people doubt that Santa Monica can make something as awesome as God of War 3 in two and a half years, on a different console.

I still believe it can release in November 2009, though. GT5 will probably only be Japan this year.

GOW3 has technically been in dev for 4 years.

 

 

 Not really. Yes two guys have been working on engine and tools since 2005(check gamespot interview) but game went in full production in 2007 when GOW2 finished. So it is rather quick in my opnion IF it gets released this year.
