Except that they do, and it doesn't seem like you're being sarcastic. You can install every single game to the HDD with the new Xbox experience update.

 

 

 

I know they do. I have a 360 with an 120 gig HD. Ever since, I've liked the console alot better because I can hear the score and dialogue of the game rather than the DVD drive. For SO4, I imagine you would still have to swap discs each time for verification purposes - unless they can make a special patch for it where you only need the first disc to play, but have the full game installed as an option.
