Yes, I will take the chance that some of those people are horrible and deserved to be contained and were instead set free over the idea that innocent people are being unfairly detained without due process given.
Sorry, I'm a sucker for the Constitution. Not only its words, but its ideals. Gitmo is wrong. I'm not so naive to believe that those kinds of things don't happen every day but to see a public representation of it is completely unacceptable.
You may be willing to sacrifice the freedoms of others but I'm not so eager to do the same for fear that someday, that ugly eye may be turned on me or my descendants.
