I have motion sickness on theme park motion rides (that just move in place) but never on a video game. I hear Japanese gamers get it more often with FPS. Sorry you have an issue with the game but for most people it's not a problem and one unrelated to this topic, imo.
There are nearly 60 reviews on metacritic and yet people want to nitpick a partial load or a very short 20fps segment. Non-issue.
