Yeah... the truth is... terrorists just have no rights under the Genvea convetion.
The Geneva Convention wasn't meant to be a great overarching civil rights bill.
It was simply supposed to be the rules of war when countries were engaged in it.
Since then people have tried to make it what it's not.
