I don't think the native resolution is _that_ important, really... the game is pleasant enough to look at (on the other hand I can't stand the character design and the overdone effects)
But how should that movie be proof of the native resolution? A movie in 720p proves nothing, because the point is that the game is _rendered_ at 510p and then upscaled for the TV (or for recording). And even with a naked eye and in motion, you can spot a numer of upscaling artifacts.
Oh, well, as I said it's not that bad when in motion... but those characters kill it for me...
