One of the announcements has got to be at E3 to the tune of a release date, end the conference with a GT5 release date and that would pretty much be huge news. Amar said the latest the info would come would be June so the next one must be that damage or weather or BOTH are ready and will be implemented into prologue for people to beta test. Probably a new wheel coming out and a portable game, this franchise really is the cashcow Sony have.
Really cannot help but think PSP2 specs have been known to some devs for a long time and game development has begun on the system. :O
