Tesla vs. Edison... who is the better inventer?

I think that Tesla was potentially the better inventor. I think though in practice/reality it was Edison, simply because he understood business better. He was able to get more money from his inventions and fund greater amounts of research.

Edison and Gates are in competition for most successful evil lying thief businessman, but Tesla was a better inventor than either.  If Tesla was alive today, we'd have cars that run on sadness and spit out happiness and ozone.
