One mode that would be cool to implement formally (I did it informally) was a "siege" mode. In this one team holds itself up in a gas station or some store, and the authorities come in and try to take them down. Object is to stay alive as long as possible. The team under siege has limited ammo and has to recover that which the law enforcement brings in. Eventually NOOSE equipment does come in also.
