It's Mark Twain on the right. I don't know who's on the left.
The Wikipedia article says Tesla, Twain, and Bertha von Suttner (first woman to get the Nobel Peace Prize) team up to fight Edison and some others, and try to bring about world peace. I'm not sure who the other 2 fists of science are.
