Street Fighter IV: best fighter this gen, maybe ever?

Oh, SCIV wasn't that great IMO. I think the 2nd best fighter behind SF4 this generation would be Dead or Alive 4. I consider Dead or Alive to be the best 3dD fighting series.

I want a new DarkStalkers from Capcom to go along with SF4 and KOF12. That would be heaven.
