Pokemon world has a whole heap of nurse joys to pick from xD
I always wanted to live in the Pokemon world when I was growing up..
I'm gonna go with that or the Mario world. Anything seems possible in the Mario world with space hopping adventures, cute green dinosaurs to ride on, kart racing, tennis, golf, soccer, baseball, olympics and partying on the side! Who would turn that down? :P
