Some see it as the future, I for one just see it as an option in it's current form, if it drops the keyboard/mouce interface for something more intuitive that everyone could access as quickly as they could using the TV remote then having all the practical options needed on the TV itself in less than 8 buttons or in an easy to get to way. That would be the future to me at that point.
