Since recently. As a Gamestop employee, I can confirm this.

"Supposed" to be chain wide, but some stores may have been given a short extension. Tis' the nature of the beast.

 

I was in Gamestop last week and they had a sign on the register saying they stoppe taking Xbox games as of February 9th (or sometime around then).
