I definitely agree. I would say Fall 2012 by the earliest, but Fall 2013 most likely. Altough, if they had a heavy focus on Backwards compatibility, developers could continue to make great looking games for the Xbox 360 that are playable on the new console, and gradually switch over. It doesn't have to be the same situation like the where the original Xbox just got killed off shortly after the 360 came out.
