A new Xbox by 2011 seems less and less likely every day that goes by. We're 3.5 years into the 360's life and developers still aren't making money on the whole. The last thing they need is to make a billion dollar investment to go to the next gen in 2 years. In fact, I think they'd riot, and not develop much of anything for the system because they don't have the money to.
