Its kind of like M$ was of saying 360 owners you dont need to buy a ps3 for GT5 heres Forza 3. Plus people who dont own a ps3 or 360 the same thing.

that being said people who dont own the ps360 will most likely go for a ps3 with GT5. brand name, possibly a cheaper ps3 aswell. Still forza is there to nip at GT's anckles.

If Forza 3 released the same week as GT5 MS would be telling Turn 10 to commit suicide, it would simply be one of the top retarded decisions in the gaming industry. Forza has done well but people under the belief that in term of popularity or sales Forza stands up to GT......delusional to say the least.

Notice I did not say quality, Forza games are very good but at least for me and everyone I know the games are nothing compared to GT games. I personally want both games to do very well, so far it has only been GT who keep racing sims popular so would be nice to share the responsibility between the two.

But as I said day and date Forza 3 with GT5, the latter would sell at least 2x more which really does tell the power of the franchise on a userbase 8 million less than the console the former is on.

 

 

speak for yourself I owned every GT on ps1 & ps2...when I owned those consoles, now I have Forza and yes GT has impressive graphics, but everything else Forza is neck and neck. their both brilliant games....its just sad biased/fanboys just stick up for their favorite console...

GT will sell more obviously, its an established game and has been around for several years before Forza hit the scene, and when it did it was on a poor selling console...
