i think the ps3 with motion controls tacked on is going to replace the ps4 next gen. i think it will be like Wii HD, xbox 720, PS3.
I think the ps3 is just going to get refreshes like how the DS and the PSP have. I think the ps three whatever is going to be like DS to DSi.
PS3 games will work on the PSthree.
The diff will be that the PSthree will have some more ram so games that come out will take advantage of the extra ram for the PSthree by uping the texture resolution.
PS3 and PSthree game will be on the same disk, the game will boot up accordingly to what ps3 model you have.
So if you have t3h ps3 it will boot up with low texture resolution, slower loading times, maybe an install. But if it boots up in PSthree mode, better textures, faster loading, no installs
