What's the big deal though? It's not erect and it's not picking someone's eye out. Penises are mainstream to show in movies, if you are offended, don't go see Watchmen. And damn, those are some pretty ugly graphics for HD. It's not even animated, it just points down all the time. If Rockstar wanted to be funny, i would have make the guy jump rope or something.
