Umm how many villians actually win the first game, destroy the world, and THEN get taken down after you've played through the second game?
And he's such a little loser in the beginning. Kefka is the ultimate kid that you teased once in school who ended up killing all your friends.
And by the way, the world is still destroyed at the end, and all of the good guys are going back to their mostly depressed lives.
