How do you downgrade from NXE to the Blades completely?

You can a torrent of the blades and try putting it on a USB drive and boot your 360 with it inserting. It may only allow upgrades from USB however. The only other option would involve reinserting it in the XFAT file structure but you would need to disassemble the HDD for that.
