Emo was just the flavor of the week for spoiled middle-class kids who were filled with teen angst ... Its really not that much different from the suburban gangsta's that were so popular a couple of years ago, or the alt-rockers when I was in high-school in the 90s, and soon enough they will be replaced as teenagers decide to rebel against society in a conformist kind of way.
