#1 is literally impossible.

#2 is is actually possible, and totally BS. The game isn't technically used, but it has been opened. They open one copy of each game and put the case on the wall so people will know they have the game but nobody will be able to steal the contents of each game. If there's only one left, that's the one you get, no matter how fucked up the case might be. It sucks.

Personally, I always make people aware that we only have the shelf copy available before they buy it.  Some choose not to (I never do myself), but most just go, "Hey, if it works..."

#3 shouldn't happen, but it does because of selfish employees. However, I don't remember getting any Banjo pre-order bonuses at our store...

Yeah, pretty much this.

I'm not calling you a liar, but for one and two I just don't believe you.  And if one and two do happen to be true and then three (the only semi-likely one) happens to be true, well, you probably just shouldn't play the lottery or walk outside in a storm.

im not lieing read some of my previous posts i explain one and two pretty, well especially 2

Well actually #1 never made any sense at all. Were you asking for a Halo Wars preorder for the PS3 because you didn't know it was exclusive? That would be the only way Gamestop could have made a mistake is to let you believe you had a PS3 preorder, because no matter what they told you, and then told you over the phone, they obviously only could have entered your preorder under 360, since there are no other options on their computer and your predorder was always for the 360 in the first place. They could have told you it was for the Dreamcast or Super Nintendo and it would still be there under their 360 listing.
