And just some reasoning rather than some snarky reply--

  1. As Onyx said, it's impossible.  One of you might have misunderstood the other or someone might have just said the wrong word but you reserved it for the 360.  You can only reserve it for the 360.
  2. Gamestop doesn't give a fuck about scratched disc.  As long as the disc is in one piece they will take it since it cost them pennies to clean horrible discs.  Them actually saying no just doesn't make sense.
  3. It could happen and as long as you can prove you had the preorder you can probably raise a stink at corporate level and get the manager in trouble, but that's about it.

So yeah, sorry, but I'm calling bullshit.

I so agree with #2//I traded in Call of Duty 4 (Xbox 360) and got $20 for it. The game wasn't letting me get past one level so I got fed up with it and decided to give it to Gamestop cause the disc didn't have that many scratches//look behold Gamestop took my game and gave me the trade-in value and I moved on and bought another game//but deep down in the contents they have bought a defect disc. I look at it not being cruel but look at it as their own fault for not looking at the disc or valuing the disc themselves.
