I just like Alexei's voice, fighting style, and back story.

lol he's fun and he's hard as hell.

wait a minute did you not just say before that you hated both Tales Of Vesperia's Villians and Story. You also said that you did not think Yuri was really badass that he was just laid back,Your confusing me man

I don't hate anything about Vesperia, really.

The villains were just thrown in at times and under developed. Alexei had just come out of the no where with no type of build up or anything. He's not, exactly, a 'great' villain. The development and depth isn't there. It's his character design, his voice, his fighting style, and back story that I like about him. He's just cool and that's it. If you ask me, it's a pretty shallow reason to like him. His theme music -- "Cutting Off The Dark Ambitions" -- was really cool, too.

Yuri is badass, but he's all eye candy. I felt like they gave us an already complete character with him. They didn't really leave much room for development. That's why I would have rather had Flynn as the main character with Yuri and Judith being sub mains. Flynn's character is just better for a lead role, because he interacts with the villains more and has a more of intimate relationship with not only the villains, but with Yuri as well. He really could have brought more out of Yuri. If only Flynn was the main...

So did you love the story or not? I thought the villians coming up out of nowhere served as great plot twists.Yuri did go through a development but I don't want to spoil it for anyone who did not play this game but if you ask me Tales of Vesperia taking a different route of storytelling was a great thing to me.And the reason why you love Alexei is not shallow at all because there is alot of villian in rpg's that you could care less about even if they where around for the most part of a game. You just said that you liked Alexei more then Sephiroth and he was around for the most part in FF7.To me I could care less about development for a villian but I do care if a villian had a good back story, if they have a good reason for doing what they do and if they had a great personality and Tales of Vesperia brought you that for most of the villian you encountered through out the game. And another thing, why would you want Judith as a sub main?!!!!!!!!!She was perfect.
