At least this would hopefully mean that any TR game in the future would get the time to be polished instead of being rushed out for the holiday season. As for Deus Ex, I don't think 3 will be nesseserally bad. If they stick to what made the first one great it should be a solid game that would also prosper from SE's will to allow devs to polish the game.
