Both characters really do suck but here's how I'd imagine it going down:

Yugi:  I summon Exodia:  The Forbidden One!

Lelouche:  Holy sh*t, did you just summon a monster from a card?

Yugi:  Yes.  Exodia, obliterate!

Lelouche:  *unplugs the Kaiba YGO Duel machine's power plug*

Yugi:  F***.
