Οh, they are so many!
I loved Uncharted, I know LBP is good but I didn't play it, and to mention Resistance in such a thread, sounds a bit funny.
I know it is hard, but I'd go with Mass Effect (playin'it for the fourth time right now, on Insanity mode-tell me about tactical fight...), leaving second the ultra brain blaster Bioshock, and third the beloved Gears of War.
