The term is used too loosely, a game can sell 1 system and technically it is a system seller. If the definition of "system seller" is along the lines of selling thousands of consoles GOW 3 will not be one, the only one which comes to mind is GT5 but it seems to be too late for that one to do anything.
Both games will sell huge amounts in their own right (GT5 wiping the floor with GOW III) but I do not expect any of the games to release and suddenly have a week where they sell more than the Wii.
