I thought this was impossible as so many people complain they have to call up Microsoft

 

http://   billing.microsoft.com, just sign in with your email address (the one attached to your gamertag and there you are, all the options and what not are in there)

EDIT> Damn! Looks like it IS impossible, stupid link redirects back to a phone number. It could be really easy for Microsoft to make this doable online. Ok a mod can lock this thread ...
