Come on man, most people have a debit card at 18 or younger. Yes it may be a hassle to a few people, but for the most part the younger generation have embraced the net and have taken full advantage of its cheaper prices. Most of your prices are still on the high end for retail, I could have bought a 13 month live card from walmart (brick and mortar not online) for under $40.

Just took a quick look at the walmart.com and all of their prices are even cheaper than the ones we priced. And that is even if you pick them up in the store.
