yeah, i forgot about achievements and overheating, but I agree about accessories, the only one I've bought is the battery pack, i use y ethernet cable to connect to Xbox live, also the xbox bans are only when you use copies online (even if you have your console modded, when you play online only with originals it's very hard they get you); but this poll wasn't to discuss, it's only to see people's opinion about many others say to criticize the 360 XDD
The worst problem to me would be the paying multiplayer, I mean, it's excellent, but it could be "not-so-expensive", 25 or 30 dls should be fine :D
