A) 3 year warranty. If your 360 lasts three years I wouldn't worry too much.
B) Sure, free is better, but look at the PSN and you see what you get for free. And don't take this as PSN is bad, it's just Live is noticeably better.
C) Meh, who cares?
D) From what I hear that only happens if you move around your console with a disc in it while it's on. I've at least never had a disc scratched and mine are still in new condition.
E) Like? The only thing close to necessary would be the wireless adapter and that isn't necessary. A lot of serious multiplayer people don't even go wireless.
F) XBox Live bans? You mean people that are dumb enough to mod their console or cheat and get caught? It's not like MS just randomly bans people, people get themselves ban so that's not really a negative.
