I have seen arrows because of ddr. guitar hero and dots. rock band lines. lumines blocks. mystery case files levels. it's my body telling me not to play casual games. :p

 

That's called the Tetris effect. Sailors actually get it the worst, they dream of a horizon line moving up and down (like the rock of a ship) for an entire night.
