Every time a new Zelda comes out we expect it to blow OoT out of the water and get angry when it doesn't. That's hardly fair. As for TP... I thught the game looked fine. Sure, it doesn't stack up visually against something like Heavenly Sword, but it was by no means ugly. Some people might not have liked the art style, but that's up to them. As for it being a port... would you have preferred the Wii to launch with nothing? Seriously, TP was a chance for them to test out the control scheme and try out some new things. Whether or not you liked the game, surely you can see the value in that. |
Amen! Gamers have become so picky about the series that they can't seem to simply enjoy it any more. 3/4 of the posts in this thread are dedicated to drastically changing the series or just plain complaining about it.
The only thing I want from the next game is for Nintendo to come up with a really great Wii control scheme for it. Everything else will be fine.
