Damn, you beat my thread by five minutes.
It's pretty cool considering what they were working with. I also like how it's set in the Half-Life universe, but it's not about Gordon Freeman. In a way, it reminds me of the Half-Life expansions because this video is looking at a different viewpoint of the downfall of City 17 just like the expansions were different viewpoints of the fall of Black Mesa.
