Why? 

Either it's a game we already knew about, something that isn't actually an RPG (Marvel Ultimate Allience, WTF?) or Untitled RPG.

You might want to tell that to the DB mods on this site cause it's listed as an RPG. I guess it has something to do with the whole leveling up and possibility of choosing many different characters to play as.

Yeah, that's retarded.  I've said it here and many other places-- just because you level up does not make your game an RPG.  I hate it when games cram as many buzz words onto their packaging as possible and use any little excuse to fit their game in every genre.
